- Non Account Customers;
- Employees;
The personal information held by Blue Circle will vary depending on your
relationship with Blue Circle. It may include your name, address, phone/fax/mobile
numbers,
e-mail address, credit card details (for those purchasing services that do
not hold an account), banking details, and taxation details.If you choose
not to provide personal information we may not be able to provide you with
the
services you require.
Blue Circle collects
personal information in a number of ways including:

- administer and manage those services including charging,
billing and collecting debts;
- seek feedback from you on ways to improve Blue Circle’s

by email which is caused by viruses. However we will do all we can to
prevent security breaches such as regularly updating our security software.

you submit your personal information to us, it is sent across a secure
server, which encrypts all your personal information prior to us receiving
it in
our
database. Our server is also equipped with “firewall” software, which
is able to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.Blue Circle will take
reasonable
steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it
is no longer needed for any purpose.
You
have the right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions
allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please contact us.Blue Circle
